Week #9 – Courageous

Yes, I do LOVE that movie and, yes, I do ball like a baby EVERY time I watch it:)

Courage is finding the strength to know God is in control.
Courage is trusting God.
Courage is standing up for what you believe in on a daily basis.
Courage is living every day to its full potential!

This week I was supposed to take a picture of my greatest fear, reason for this week’s title. I thought it was a little strange, why would I keep a clown in my house if I am scared of it? I mean REALLY?!?!?! The more I thought about though, the more I realized that clowns are no longer my biggest fear. Honestly, my absolute greatest fear is not hearing “Well done, my good and faithful servant” when I greet my Savior. I strive, though I know I falter, every day to bring Him glory. God is good!

My greatest earthly fear is losing my dear husband. I love him more than I thought I knew how to love. It is ironic that this post should fall on this week as I had the potential of losing my dear, sweet man this week in a car accident! Thankfully, he is just fine and walked away from a vehicle that was totaled (see picture below)! This simply shows God’s protection over all of us and I must say I was scared this week. I am so thankful God is bigger than I am and He can take of my love when I cannot.

Hold your loved ones close!

Now moving on to the happier part of this week:)

The suspense is OVER! We were informed yesterday of where we will be going next week as our training comes to a close. So how many of you are anxious to know? I know I was anxious all day yesterday, wondering if the things we had been thinking would happen really would or if we would have to readjust everything. Turns out, we will be readjusting everything! Isn’t God just funny like that? Matthew will be working in Corfu, NY, about a half hour East of Buffalo. This does mean we will be moving by the end of the month! Crazy, crazy things are about to ensue:) I am very excited for this new adventure and I look forward to having some new venues, and new clients:), to photograph!

On a smaller note, I got a new template for my photos and spent the better part of my day playing with it! You will see it in the last picture. So much fun! You can get it for free over at Rock My Edits. Speaking of which:) I entered an editing contest, which you can see here! PLEASE vote for my picture and help me win my first photography/editing contest:) I am number 4 and I would love your support! Thank you for believing in me!

Well, it has been a VERY eventful week! Hoping yours was well.

Please enjoy this (larger than normal) crazy compilation:)

It is rare for me to discover something on the cyberspace that is as entertaining and fascinating as what youve got here. Your page is sweet, your graphics are outstanding, and whats more, you use reference that are relevant to what you are talking about. Youre definitely one in a million, great job!ReplyCancel
